Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms had some cigarette smoke leftovers due to being connecting rooms, but I didn't face any issues during my stay. The service was amazing, with friendly and helpful staff, especially the ones at the door. The location was perfect, close to both Hamra and Verdun with easy access to everything. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a variety of choices in the center of Beirut near Hamra street. However, there were instances of snacks and drinks disappearing quickly from the self-serve area. The facilities were good, but there were some areas like the muzak playing that could use improvement.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms are wonderfully up to date and give off a brand-new vibe despite the hotel being as old as the hills of Beirut. The hipster floors on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors are a unique touch. However, the self-serve drinks & snacks area can get crowded and items tend to disappear quickly.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I loved the green terrace, although the initial smell of cigarette smoke was off-putting. The service was professional and welcoming. The location was convenient for exploring Beirut but lacked security in the snacks area. The dining options were varied and tasty, although some items went missing quickly. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms had a super modern look and ambiance in the public areas, although they were a bit cold due to the heating system not working properly. The size of the standard room was quite generous, which was a plus. The service was exceptional, with the staff being welcoming, friendly, and professional, going the extra mile by even providing umbrellas in the rain. The location was central and convenient, close to many attractions and with easy access to various areas in the city. The dining experience in 'Les Gourmandises' Café was delightful, offering a nice selection on the buffet. However, the dining area being in a banquet room was a bit of a drawback.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable, which was a plus. However, the price was a bit high compared to what I expected. The service was friendly and helpful most of the time, but there was an incident when they entered without permission while I was inside. The location was great near Al Hamra and Verdin, offering convenience. The dining experience was average, with overpriced options, which was a downside. The facilities were decent but could be improved.
